Principal Attorney

Michael Ramos-Lynch graduated from Stanford Law, where in addition to graduating with distinction; he also earned a M.S. in Management Science & Engineering from the Stanford School of Engineering. 

Prior to starting his own law firm, Michael worked for the third largest law firm in the world, DLA Piper. At DLA Piper, Michael focused on startups and corporate governance. He helped close several multi-million dollar deals. Michael also previously worked for Innovation Endeavors, a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm. 

Wanting to focus more on entrepreneurship and helping startups, he left DLA Piper to start both a consumer goods company and tech startup as well as pursue his vision of what a law firm should be: sophisticated, agile, and accessible.

Because Michael is an entrepreneur himself, he understands the difficult challenges that other entrepreneurs face. He combines his business experience with his legal knowledge to give his clients a more well rounded perspective than what traditional firms typically offer.
